We here at Kthulhu Kitsch aim to have your order in to the mail within 3-4 business days. Currently our Delays to this process can include:

• Not Receiving Sufficient Information: This typically happens on orders for "package combo deals." Where you get your choice of 2 items for a certain price. Because our shopping cart is pretty low-end, we need you to tell us what items you specifically want. If we don't receive that information, we have to try and get hold of you. This almost always seems to take an exceptionally long time.
• Not Receiving Sufficient Shipping: Despite all our attempts at alerting people that an extra charge for shipping internationally, we invariably have someone order from a foreign country who takes forever to get back to us.
• eChecks: Paypal allows customers to pay using what is called an "eCheck." It takes 4 business days for the funds to clear when paying in this fashion, and we don't ship any merchandise until the funds are in the bank.
• Out of Stock: On occasion we screw up. We keep a fairly small inventory on hand, and sometimes we are caught off guard and have more orders than we have stock. In these cases we'll contact you to inform you of the situation and offer you alternatives. These can range from item substitution to a refund. Delays in hearing back from you can exacerbate this problem.

Shipping

We ship at the least expensive rate. For shirts and plushes, this typically means USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, depending on weight. For candles, this is usually UPS. Regardless of shipping method, we make sure there is a tracking number on all domestic orders , and email you that number once we have shipped your package.

We're happy to ship internationally. However, please bear in mind that our cart isn't designed to calculate international shipping costs. If you are ordering from outside the US or Canada, please be aware that it can cost at least an extra $5-$10 to ship your package to you. And we will not ship until we receive the funds. So please be ready to send us the extra shipping cost as soon as you can in order to avoid any extra delays.
